Our support services include nursing care assistance to our clients, which includes medication assistance and pressure area care.

At Hands for Community, our nursing services are carried out by experienced registered nurses and provided by nurses and assistant nurses in the comfort of your home.

Our personalised care plans are based on a thorough assessment identifying your health conditions, the level of care needed, and the appropriate medical interventions. Nursing is provided in consultation with your doctor and/or hospital discharge team. If your regular GP is unavailable, we can access other doctors for consultation, clarification, and guidance.
